On August 19th, 2024, the Centre for Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation (CCCAM) at the University of Embu proudly participated in the launch of the Youth Action Climate Fund by the Embu County Government, supported by Bloomberg Philanthropies. This inspiring event brought together 29 youth groups from across the county, each with innovative ideas to tackle climate change head-on.

💡 Hearing these young changemakers share their creative solutions to the pressing climate challenges was truly inspiring. Their passion and commitment prove that the youth have the power to lead global change—they just need the right skills and resources.
