Mrs. Petronilla Shivachi Serebwa–Chibole is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-Kenya) and serves as the Senior Administrative Assistant at the Centre for Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation (CCCAM) at the University of Embu. She holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Embu and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Office Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. Currently, she is in the process of registering for a PhD, furthering her commitment to academic and professional growth.

As a certified member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM), Kenya, Mrs. Chibole brings extensive expertise in human resource administration, with a focus on employee relations, staff welfare, and client service. Her approach is grounded in efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction, and fostering positive workplace dynamics. She is recognized for her dedication to ensuring that both staff and clients receive the support they need, reflecting a professional ethos centered on responsibility and service delivery.

Beyond her administrative and HR roles, Mrs. Chibole is an active contributor to scholarly and public discourse. She has authored, among others, a journal article titled Performance Contracting and Employee Service Delivery at Kirinyaga University, published in June 2017, which explores the relationship between performance management frameworks and institutional efficiency. Her intellectual engagement extends to opinion writing for leading Kenyan newspapers, where she has addressed diverse topics such including;
